Rush postponed its October 17 concert at San Jose’s SAP Center after drummer Anika Nilles became too ill to perform. A band statement reproduced by Blabbermouth.net gives December 6, 2026, as the new date and says previously purchased tickets will be honored.

Guitarist Alex Lifeson also addressed fans in a video, explaining that Nilles had performed the earlier San Jose show while ill.

Ticket holders should retain their original purchase confirmation and check their ticket provider and the band’s official notices for updates. The announcement concerns this San Jose performance; it does not establish changes to the rest of the tour.
