Robert Pattinson has offered a brief update on The Batman Part II following the production pause announced earlier this month. Speaking to Official Pop Drop while promoting Primetime, the actor said the team is taking a short pause and will work through the next steps, Deadline reports.
The comment follows an October 5 studio statement explaining that director Matt Reeves was stepping away to address a family matter. DC Studios said it supported Reeves and expected work to continue. No further private details are needed to explain the public production status.
Deadline’s October 12 report lists February 18, 2028 as the current release date. That remains a plan; the interview does not confirm filming has restarted or give a new production timetable. Readers following the sequel should distinguish Pattinson’s update from a formal scheduling announcement.
