NewsCubby is operated by Tastic Consumer Brands, Inc. These terms govern your use of the NewsCubby website and Apple and Android apps provided by Tastic Consumer Brands, Inc. NewsCubby provides a headline-discovery and linking service. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that complete reporting is provided by the linked publishers.
Headline-discovery service
NewsCubby organizes limited source information for discovery. It does not replace the original article, publisher, emergency alert, financial filing, medical authority, or other primary record.
External websites
Publisher links lead to independent services that control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. NewsCubby is not responsible for an external site after you leave NewsCubby.
Intellectual property
NewsCubby's name, design, original text, and software are protected by applicable law. Third-party headlines, names, and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only under the source-specific basis recorded by NewsCubby.
Email briefings
Free email briefings require confirmation. You may choose among available briefing types and unsubscribe at any time. NewsCubby may pause delivery to invalid addresses, addresses that complain, or recipients affected by abuse or security concerns. Email timing is not guaranteed.
Submissions
Only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential records, unlawful material, malicious files, credentials, or personal data that is unnecessary for editorial review.

Ad-free subscriptions
Ad-free access is offered for $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes shown by the payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal for website purchases or Google Play for Android purchases. Cancellation stops future renewals; ad-free access normally continues through the paid billing period. Prices may change only with any notice and consent required by the applicable payment provider and law. Refund requests are handled under the payment provider's rules and applicable law.
Service changes and questions
NewsCubby may update, correct, restrict, or discontinue features to protect users, publishers, and the service. Questions may be sent to info@newscubby.com.
