Accuracy and accountability

Corrections policy

NewsCubby corrects its own metadata, labels, links, and editorial material promptly when reliable evidence shows that they are inaccurate or misleading.

Publisher headlines

Publisher-supplied headlines are presented as source material and are not silently rewritten. When a publisher updates an item at the same verified URL, NewsCubby can refresh its stored headline and timestamp. A retracted, unavailable, or rights-blocked item may be suppressed or removed.

NewsCubby corrections

NewsCubby may correct attribution, category, link, duplicate grouping, freshness, or prominence. Material corrections to future NewsCubby-authored articles will include a visible correction or update note.

How to report an issue

Email info@newscubby.com with the affected URL, the concern, and a reliable supporting source. Personal opinions or requests to suppress accurate public information are not treated as corrections.

Rights and removal requests

Publishers and rights holders should identify the work, their relationship to it, and the requested action. NewsCubby may temporarily restrict an item while a credible rights concern is reviewed.
