What the special edition changed
Gunma Toyota's August 2022 dealership introduction compared the Land Cruiser Prado TX L Package Matt Black Edition with the regular specification. The differences included matt-black treatments around the grille, headlamps, fog-lamp surrounds and rear garnish. The name identifies a finish package and does not mean every body panel or every available exterior color was matt black.

A Japanese special-edition announcement does not establish identical availability, equipment or pricing in another country. Prado and Land Cruiser names can also appear across different generations and market ranges, so a comparison needs the exact model year and grade.
