The Academy's official 2022 roster, linked below, lists the complete nominees and winners across acting, directing, writing, animation, documentary, international film and the craft awards. The ceremony took place on March 27, 2022 and honored films released in 2021, explaining why a film's year can differ from the awards year.
A film can receive several nominations because different categories recognize different work. Being nominated is not the same as winning, and a craft award should not be misreported as Best Picture. The Dune guide supplies a concrete example of those distinctions. This article is an introduction to the official roster rather than a copied reproduction of every credited name.
